LNX-010 is a converter that connects to RS-485/RS-422 via LAN. The RS-485/RS-422 side is insulated. The LAN is originally insulated, so it is double insulated. It supports multiple connections of up to four devices at the same time, so you can communicate with RS-485/422 devices from multiple PCs or tablets. The baud rate on the RS-485/422 side can be set to a custom (arbitrary) baud rate within the range of 9,600 to 4 Mbps. It is possible to install multiple LNX-010s and connect them in tunneling mode without going through a PC, and it can also be used to extend the distance between RS-485/422 devices via LAN. In that case, it can join a different RS-485/422 line group. You can also communicate with RS-485/422 devices by directly connecting to the LNX-010 from a PC using TCP/UDP or Telnet.
Since it comes standard with PoE functionality, it can be powered from a LAN cable (requires a PoE-compatible HUB, etc.). It
can also be powered by the included AC adapter or USB bus power. The LNX-010e is not PoE-compatible and can be powered by an AC adapter.
Various settings such as network and serial communication can be easily written via USB using our original setting tool (LNX SETTING TOOL). Setting data can also be backed up and imported, allowing multiple devices to be set up quickly and sequentially.
You can communicate with RS-485/422 lines at remote locations using Ethernet.
LNX-010 can communicate directly with each other without the need for a PC, and RS-485/422 lines can be connected together.
1:1 connection with a cross cable is also possible.
Wifi
You can communicate with a remote RS-485/422 line from a PC's USB port via an access point such as a Wi-Fi router. For communication with the LNX-011W, you can use FTDI's virtual COM port or D2XX-API. No network knowledge is required for programming.

This is an application that creates setting data for the LNX series.
Various settings can be easily made via USB. Since USB operates as a standard CDC-ACM class, the driver (Usbser.sys) that is built into the OS from the beginning is used. In Windows 10, it is automatically loaded when the USB is connected, so there is no need to install the driver.
