　LNX-205 is a LAN multiplexer that can switch 2 circuits x 2 channels of LAN ports. The multiplexer IC can switch all the LAN connections (8 wires) in the following three ways.

• Switching by sending simple commands from a PC via LAN
• Remote switching by external contact input
• Manual switching by the switch on the main unit

　It can be used to switch between external and internal networks, or for systems that connect to the network only when necessary. By switching the LAN port, it is possible to perform inspections of two LAN devices with a single setting during automatic inspections, and it can also be used to reduce the labor required for inspection processes.

　The LNX-205 comes standard with a PoE function, so it can be powered from a LAN cable (requires a PoE-compatible HUB, etc.). It can also be powered by the included AC adapter.

　Network settings and other settings can be configured from a microSD card, and when replacing equipment, they can be easily restored by simply inserting the microSD card.

Switch between the LAN or external network connected to the common port (A COM) and either LAN ① or ②. The same applies to Channel B, which is independent of Channel A.

because it is inserted in the middle of the LAN cable, speed may decrease. Speed ​​is not guaranteed. If the LAN cable is long, inserting a gigabit-compatible switching hub may improve the speed decrease. You can evaluate it with a free demo unit

LNX series setting tool

　This is an application for creating setting data for the LNX series.

　The settings will be automatically configured by inserting the created setting data into the setting memory card (microSD) and turning on the power.
At this time, a backup file of the setting data will be created on the setting memory card (microSD). The
setting data will be saved even if the power is turned off, so there is no need to insert the microSD card next time.
When replacing the LNX series main unit, you can easily set it to the same settings by using the setting memory card (microSD).
If the PC and product are connected in the same segment, you can also configure it via the network (LAN).
